If you are having problems with your Scorpion ESC first try a factory reset.  To do this you will need to perform the following:

1. A. First place your transmitter at full throttle.

    B. Plug in a battery, be sure to use the cell count you will be using in flight.  Then after about 2 seconds you will get 2 beeps, leave the transmitter at full throttle and after about 12 seconds you will get 2 more beeps followed by a steady beeping.  This means the factory reset is done.

    C. Use your programming card to program the ESC to factory default settings, USE THE SAME CELL COUNT BATTERY YOU PLAN TO FLY WITH.  I am not sure this is needed with the infra-red programmers but you will need to change the cutoff voltage anyway.
